We really like the hotel...

Liked: Breakfast is quite chaotic with table service hit and miss. The biggest issue is getting tea and coffee so better to give everyone the option of a quality tea bag and hot water. Saves a lot of work and mess.
Disliked: Breakfast is a bit chaotic and getting tea and coffee is a bit hit and miss. Do I wait for service or help myself?Staff on egg area were unable to fry an egg or make an omelet well but they did try.The chairs in the restaurant/bar area are not comfortable to use and were obviously chosen from a catalogue and not tested in a real life scenario. Like sitting in a recliner and difficult to eat in that position.

Liked: walking distance to all major attractions and cafes.very good barista coffee served at breakfast.swimming pool is quite relaxing after being a tourist the whole day and it tends not to be busy.
Disliked: rooms and lifts are a bit on the darkish side - maybe that's the general trend in interior design.
