A perfect place to explore...

Liked: This is a super friendly and welcoming hotel in a superb location.We were greeted with enthusiasm, offered a welcome drink, a little sweat treat and a discount voucher to the hotel’s restaurant or bar.Every time we came to the reception - the service was absolutely impeccable. We also loved our time at the bar.Very happy to recommend this hotel.

Absolutely disappointing for a 5...

Disliked: On our first day we were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, but water was leaking from the faux plafond at the entrance of the room. This was quite an unexpected bonus from a 5 star hotel. The water was probably coming from a condensation problem with the air conditioning and could be potentially health hazardous for occupants. Also the blinds on the left window seemed broken. Later, we noticed from outside on the street that it was the only room with broken blinds. We immediately mentioned the water leaking problem to the reception and we were moved to another room, not quite to our satisfaction. However we were compelled to stay in that room for that night , given that there was no other room room available according to the reception manager. The following morning, after being told again that there was no other room, we were suddenly informed that we were being moved to a better room on the 4th floor. Finally it was very inconvienient for us as we had to change rooms 3 times .There were also another few odd happenings which we believe for a hotel supposed to be 5 stars rated, this should not have happened. i also saw that the hotels are in two sections one which is shown in the picture front side nice but rooms after the front side are on a building which is very old and run down. even when you look outside from the street some of the blinds are not opening correctly.Also believe they look at the people faces before they allocate the room - for me this is unacceptable. they tried to offer for rent again the good room and allocate you any room on lower standard to you . if you do not complain then you are stuck .
