Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Lovely hotel! It is in an excellent location - close to restaurants, the Santa Anita Horse Race Track, Pasadena, and the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden. The hotel rooms were very clean. All of the staff members were kind and attentive (from the valet, bar, receptionists, housekeepers to the restaurant). I had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again!
Disliked: Valet parking is mandatory ($31/day). There are no self-park options. It would be nice to have self-park options.

Nice hotel in a good...

Liked: Beautiful lobby and bar area. Location was very nice. I had a view of the horse racing track from my window
Disliked: Really wish I had known there was no self parking for your car. All cars are parked by valet. This an added expense and a hassle when you plan on using your car on a daily basis.

Liked: Friendly staff, courtyard, heated pool, coffee bar in the morning and restaurant on site.
Disliked: Paying for overnight parking for guests staying at hotel (price was a little high).

Liked: Beautiful hotel and lobby. Room was lovely amd modern.
Disliked: Thermostat could not be adjusted properly. Room had underlying odor. No jacuzzi.
