Friendly staff, excellent location!

Liked: The staff is incredibly helpful. Location is fabolous!
Disliked: We booked a premium room but there was only a little cupboard to store our clothes given the shape of the room. We stayed 8 nights so this as a problem that the hotel kindly fixed by adding a rack in our room. Also I was refused points collection because I did not book directly with the hotel.. but we spent over 3,000$ with the hotel so I would like at least some days to be counted on my Bonvoy card please.

They should make better use...

Liked: The location was good. The staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The bed was horrible. The elevator was poor. One car was out of service during our entire stay. The other went down for an hour or so as well. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency about fixing it.
