Worst experience ever
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: This was by far the worst 5 star hotel I’ve ever seen in my life, across all metrics.To make it worse, when I said I was leaving four hours after having checked in, they told me they couldn’t change my booking and that I needed to do it via booking.com. I went on the platform and made a date change request so that I only get charged for the first night given that I left the hotel almost straight away. However, my date change request was subsequently denied by the hotel itself, so they ended up charging me both nights even though I left four hours after checking in!So they refused to cancel the remainder of my booking on the spot and then refused it again via the platform. So I was charged for two nights having spent a total of four hours at the hotel. This is simply fraud!

Great hotel.would come back
Liked: The bed was very comfy.
Disliked: Sliding door on the shower might be nice so water doesn’t go everywhere and it stays warm.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient...
Liked: Clean and comfortable room. It was quiet and a very pleasant stay.
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like. It was very nice and I would stay again. I was a little shocked by the additional $40 per night fee payable upon check-in. While this could be used for drinks at two available bars, I did feel a bit surprised to have another fee to pay when the price on Bookings had apparently already included taxes and fees.

Good stay but no invoice
Liked: Nice location and overall ok quality
Disliked: Impossible to get an invoice from them. If you book on booking.com booking says - go to hotel … hotel says- go to booking and that’s it!
