Nice staff but not a...

Liked: The staff were very nice.
Disliked: Only one elevator seemed to be working which caused huge queues our entire stay. The room visually looked clean but there was a cockroach in our bathroom. In the evening there was also the smell of marijuana coming through the AC in our room. I’ve stayed in Méridien hotels in other parts of the world which is why I booked this, but this was a very different experience.

Liked: The bed are comfortable and we were on a high floor.
Disliked: The fact that there was no mini fridge and a microwave.

Liked: The comfortable bed!
Disliked: Check in was HORRIBLE.i was traveling for a wedding.i missed the wedding bc it kept denying my card.then 50 mins later,all of a sudden,it worked!!!Horrible!!

Nice hotel, downtown close by...

Liked: It was not too far from the shopping centers, and other sites.
Disliked: The room was too hot!! Maintenance man came, to change filter and clean it. It was so filthy!! He never came back to check anything like he said!! Nobody never came back, or changes our room, we did not sleep comfortably at all.

Liked: The location of the property was great. It is nearby a lot of attractions of the city.
Disliked: The room was small and not very clean. Pictures online of the hotel were misleading. One of the staff were rude my first day there.
