Liked: Room was a great size.Shower was large and had great pressure. Beautiful fruit platter delivered on arrival. Very convenient location just opposite the train station. Great gym and pool facilities. Kettle in the room.Towel rack was warmed. Reception staff were lovely.
Disliked: Could hear people walking in the hallway and other doors closing very clearly from the room. No casting to TV.Airconditioning was very loud and rattly.Bed was not the best.For a night close to the train station, this hotel is worth it though

Liked: Room is super comfy, bathroom is modern and spacious, location of the hotel is right in front of the main train station. Parking is accessible directly from the hotel and costs 35 EUR / 24 hours - as stated on the website.The deposit was refunded in 48 hours as promised - no complaints at all.Thank you to the extremely helpful staff.

Good location, but poor cleaning

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The cleaning service was very poor. Even after the daily cleaning, there were still crumbs left on the floor. The staff didn’t replace all the towels, and they didn’t refill the shampoo, body wash, or conditioner—even though they weren’t full when we arrived. We had to complain three days in a row, both in person and over the phone. After that, the room was cleaned better, but still not perfectly.The breakfast buffet was limited in choices—mainly cold meats, cheese, and eggs. The coffee tasted like paper, but the tea selection was good. It was also expensive, especially since it wasn’t included in the cost of my stay.The furniture was okay—not fancy, but in decent condition.
