Excellent location

Liked: Awesome location and amazing staff! Heritage Bar was a lovely experience and Sidney Fernandes took great care of us and was very attentive. Would definitely recommend this property
Disliked: There was no air-conditioning so our room was very warm, especially during the day. Would have given them a Rating 10 if it wasn't for the fact that the temperature of the room was uncomfortable. When we spoke with the team on check in, they told us there's a problem with the compressor and it would be fixed. Of course, it was not fixed until we checked out 3 nights later!

Disliked: Walk from centre is only negative but that was 8 minute max

Disliked: The stand up shower didn't have enough water pressure.

Overall a satisfactory stay but...

Liked: Location and ambience.
Disliked: IT check in was long and booking details seemed to be incorrect until changed by reception. The placing of 300 euro on credit card seemed excessive and at writing it has not been refunded. Room key did not work so had to go down and get another set. Do not believe this is a 5* hotel. The Senior staff member in the Restaurant looked untidy whilst the waiting staff were smart enough. Food was good but not exceptional.
