we are bonvoy members but...

Liked: convenient location to our event and restaurants
Disliked: valet parking was way to expensive!!! we parked down the street which was a little inconvenient

Be careful of where you...

Liked: The location from the convention center because I had a granddaughter graduation
Disliked: The staff the check-in they was pretty rude to me. I feel like when I was checking in I was pushed aside because I did booking.com and the information hadn't came across their system so they made me wait another 45 minutes. The manager indicated that they was going to give me some free accommodation but they didn't and plus I didn't take her to me. I rate it as a prodigy from my stay there it was it was it was not. I was not satisfied due to the price that I paid

Liked: The pool area was nice and the room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: The amenities could have been better. The valet-parking was totally overpriced and while some of the staff was very nice, some was unfriendly. It gave me very mixed feelings of this place. Honestly I was expectig more.

Great staycation with wonderful staff

Liked: The location was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. Staff was so sweet and very proffessional.
Disliked: We had a difficult time getting the code to work for drinks to be delivered to the pool. We thought the bar was on the same floo0r as the pool but we did not realize it was on the top floor. This may have been a service issue with our cell phone provider. Also, the room got super hot and humid in the middle of night.

Was good but could have...

Liked: Loved everything but I think that free breakfast would have been great. Both Hilton , Marriott had free breakfast. Also the pool was not ideal 3ft witn tons of kids. Me and my wife didn’t enjoy it at all.

Very good

Liked: It was clean and easy. The staff are lovely, they made a wonderful first impression of Texans. The room is small but stylish, great beds.
Disliked: It isn't in walking distance to any restaurants, cafes or shops. The restaurant onsite is more fine dining than a quick snack.
