I really enjoyed the stay...

Liked: Excellent property. Very, very impressed with the cleanliness. The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing. Our server Antonio was spectacular. Professional yet personable.
Disliked: It was perfect.

Liked: The location of the property was perfect. So close to everything! The mall, food options and beautiful parks. The breakfast at el Tapeo was very good. However, the one thing that stood out to me the most was the consistent customer service. Everyone that works there is so helpful, kind and really made us feel so welcomed.

We will not return

Liked: Staff provided excellent customer service. The decor was modern and hotel was clean.
Disliked: One of our rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The alarm clock was not checked by cleaning staff and woke my parents up at 6am. The towels had stains on them. Breakfast was mediocre and not worth the price.

Liked: The property was wonderful! The entire hotel was beautiful and the room was clean and inviting.
Disliked: There was nothing to not like about this property.
