Good location.

Liked: Kind staff.
Disliked: Limited parking.

So much potential, booking price...

Liked: The location was great also to add the food in the dining area on the Sheraton side was pretty good as well. Staff was amazing.
Disliked: On our first day, our hot water did not work. We went down to get the room changed and the hot water in the second room also did not work. The water only got slightly warm just enough for you to bear through a shower. Also, parking is not ideal. The garage is being remodeled, which is understandable. Lastly, I don’t know how you like your bed, but the beds are extremely soft so soft that you sink and are very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Disliked: No microwave in room but they did bring one up and you had to pay for parking

Bad

Liked: The property was cleaned and I love the room I got and the view.
Disliked: I asked for a valet parking so I would not have to park my car my self but I ended up have to do it myself because no one know how to drive a Manuel transmission and they left my car running for at least 4 hours it was outside where I left it when i checked in and I thought one of the guys from valet was going to take care of it but they left it on with the keys still on in the car for 4 hours straight I was not happy at all for that type of service and I was really disappointed on that. First time I had this issue so I will say never again or at least give me free parking if I need to take my car myself but I still got charge 20 for parking so never again I will come back.

Disliked: There was no hot water in the bathroom, in both our room and the room that our friends occupied, in spite of two separate requests by each of us to have the issue addressed.
