Over priced
Liked: The location was exactly what I was looking for.I didn't use the onsite facilities, so my impression is limited to just my stay in the room.
Disliked: The bathroom was ok. The main issue was hot water. With the shower turned all the way to hot there was hot water for about three minutes. After that, the water was about the same temperature as pool water.

Disliked: Services were not great. Front desk services when I stayed were snappy with responses and did not clearly explain issues. I talked to other female guests the night I had issues and they also had the same experience of front desk services not being friendly and welcoming. I had issues getting into the parking deck on the night of a concert it was almost midnight, so I was told by hotel ground services that I could get a garage key fob to get in for the night. I was given a form to sign by front desk and was rushed into signing. He was annoyed that I was trying to read the form before signing. The form covered that if I did not return the key then I’d be charged $50. I signed the form, was given the key, able to get through the garage to park for the night. I returned the key the next day and checked out. 3 days later, the $50 charge came through my account from the hotel. I called the hotel again to ask about the charge and the manager said because regardless if I could not get in or not and paid for parking through the parking deck services, not through the hotel, because I was given the fob I still had to pay $50 on top of the parking fees I paid through the parking deck. This whole parking situation is frustrating because service desk did not even bother to clearly explain about different charges through parking along with rude customer service regardless time of day when asked for service. I won’t be staying here again due to customer service.
