Ok.
Liked: It was clean and comfortable
Disliked: No one was available on reception when I arrived. It was around 8.30pm and I was tired after working, I just wanted to go to my room. The waiter spent 10 minutes trying to find the receptionist. When she appeared she smelt strongly of cigarettes. To be fair she was very nice and friendly when she appeared but I was already unhappy about having to wait despite ringing the bell twice.I didn't see a single senior member of staff. Every staff member was around 20 years old which isn't a sign that the hotel is well run.

Lovely setting, a little disappointed...
Liked: Breakfast was very good! Wide selection of fresh items, a very full buffet.
Disliked: Very disappointed that we couldn’t get dinner at the hotel. Unfortunately we hadn’t booked in advance and we’re out of luck. We checked several times but there was no way they could accommodate us. Thought the glass of wine offered to us may have been gratis but of course it wasn’t, thought the 18€ charge for a 25cl glass of red was exorbitant.

Disappointing
Liked: It could be fantastic but it is so run down. We liked our Junior suite as it was private, quiet and looked out on to a garden. Spacious room.The place has good bones but needs a lot of attention and staff need support to do better.
Disliked: It is run down and looks shabby It’s very expensive so we expected a better experience. The ‘gourmet’ meal was not very nice. Little attention to detail. Hire a good gardener
