Great location, but a toilet...

Liked: - Great location.- Overall, the quality of the rooms is very good.- Overall, the staff is very nice, helpful and competent.- Free coffee and some healthy snacks (oranges, apples).
Disliked: - Toilet with the sliding doors that do not close. Other people can see through the sides. Do travel only with people around whom you are comfortable.- Room in another building, further away from the reception.- Our cards to access the building and room stopped working on day 1 evening. It is likely that the staff member accidentally enabled the cards only for one day. We needed to get back to the reception late in the evening when we returned from the city in order to extent functionality of the cards for the next days.- Sofa bed is a bit outdated and not very comfortable.

Very good

Liked: The location was just perfect. The rooms are well set and very comfy.
Disliked: We asked two separate bed but, we got the double bed. What annoyed us was the parking which was included in our booking but when we arrived there was no availability and we had to pay it ourselves. Second, the staff initially gave us the wrong direction to the second location of the hotel. When we called, we had to return back to the hotel because they could not guide us from where we were.

Liked: Very good breakfast, plenty of choice. Attractive neighbourhood. Quiet location. Quite close to railway station.
Disliked: The lighting could have been better, particularly as the decor is so dark.

Liked: Clean and amazing service. I left my credit card at the desk and the receptionist found me! Really nice lady

Liked: Quiet place.Fairly close to the train station.
Disliked: I asked a top floor,ground floor was provided.Money paid upfront,not at checkout.No refrigerator in the room.

Very expensive, not worth it

Liked: It was the priciest hotel of our trip but not the largest, by far. The place is fairly close to the train station but far from the main downtown area. Close to lots of grocery stores and restaurants.
Disliked: We were in the annex building. The room was very small- barely bigger than the bed itself. The room is painted a dark color, making it seem even smaller. The a/c times out at night so it got very warm. The carpet outside the room in the hallway (by elevator) really needs to be cleaned or replaced. Breakfast was 19 euros each, you’re better off going to one of the restaurants nearby.
