Liked: The ground staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only good thing about the place.
Disliked: The housekeeping staff were extremely rude. I would have to keep reminding them to clean my room. I got blood stained sheets, I told the manager who sits at the reception all day and he simply said “oh”. Zero apology. Avoid this place if you can.

Liked: I loved the design and location. It was a 10 minute walk from Rotterdam central and a 20 minute walk from the city centre.

Liked: Brilliant location though a little bit out of the main way. Absolutely beautiful room and facilities. Comfortable and accommodating.

Liked: Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and quiet location but close to everything.
Disliked: Very thin walls you could hear other people from upstairs and next door speak and walk around in their room. Gets very loud at times.

Exceptional

Liked: The apartments are super. The location is in a quiet area, 10-15 minutes to the central station, the apartments themselves have everything you need for both a short and a longer stay.
Disliked: of the minuses (I'm not sure if it's critical) there was a problem with the key cards, if one card was in the room and the second one went somewhere, the door didn't want to open, maybe it was a system failure or someone didn't close the door completely, but it's better not to risk it
