very disappointing

Disliked: the spa was closed both days we were staying which is totally not acceptable; we chose this hotel to stay for 1 night on our road trip from Bordeaux to Versailles and we wanted to be able to use the spa to relax, but it was closed; so we felt really let down ; if we knew the spa isn’t available we would have booked elsewhere and cheaper ; disappointing ; we didn’t have breakfast because the hours of the breakfast are ridiculous - it closed at 9:30am; we couldn’t have drinks at the bar either because the bar closed at 10:30pmoverall: very disappointing experience; not worth the rate paid for the stay

Liked: Convenient location. Very near the tram and airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed! The restaurant was superb! Great food and service!

Liked: Room was spacious and nice, got a free upgrade. Property is super close to the airport which was convenient for us. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were nice.
Disliked: The room was only set up for one guest, not two — e.g. one bathrobe, one coffee sachet, one coffee pod. The nespresso machine also did not work so we were unable to enjoy a coffee in the morning.
