Very good

Liked: Great outdoor pool open late and free to use. Comfy bed, zero plane noise owing to secondary glazing and friendly, efficient staff. Superb location for 3min tram to airport ( running each 20mins).
Disliked: Room a little tired, aircon leaked making carpet damp with musty smell. Kitchenette provision wasn't needed. Shame there is no smart TV facility just cable.

Disappointing

Liked: Eva, the receptionist was very friendly.It is close to Bordeaux airport.It is convenient for the tram.
Disliked: On one of the hottest / heatwave weekends of the year, the air-conditioning in the hotel was not great. The restaurant at the hotel had air-conditioning installed, but didn't appear to be switched on or working (we asked the staff). The hotel was very busy (our flight had been cancelled) and service was very slow.Worse was that the air-conditioning in the room did not work effectively. It turned on, but produced hardly any cold air and the room remained hot and stuffy.There was a curious brown stain on the wall by the toilet.
