A little disappointing

Liked: Location was good. Between the old town and the upmarket part of the city. Nice and clean and well presented
Disliked: It’s a nice hotel but never 5 star. A good 4 star. Breakfast was underwhelming. Service at the bar/restaurant is poor. Compared to other 5 star hotels the service generally was disappointing

Luxury and comfort

Liked: Luxurious hotel in an equally luxurious street, with high-end brands just across the road. Perfect location, garden view room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Disliked: bed was not very comfortable and umbrellas were limited when needed.

Luxurious stay and hospitable staff

Liked: Kind and hospitable staff (especially adrien), complimentary drinks, clean and modern facilities, next to the shopping street
Disliked: Uncomfortable mattress

Superb

Liked: The staff was very efficient, warm and helpful!
Disliked: The triple room was okay. The bathroom door had the paint scratched and the pillows were too high. The breakfast could be better somehow … room for improvement, but with a fair price.

Exceptional

A good stay but some...

Liked: The location is good and the staff is super friendly and helpfull.
Disliked: The first room was with facing the inner court and the ventilation system from restaurants i guess was noisy between 7 in the morning untill 11 in the evening.I asked for a room change with lateral street view which was much much better.

Would recommend

Liked: Less tourisry area, so it makes it less busy and noisy but everything is closed on Sundays in that area.
Disliked: Wifi constantly lagging. Difficult to work from this hotel.
