Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: For the price, the amenities were quite basic and cheap. There was no shampoo in the shower. When a member of staff was informed of this, their reaction was not very shocked or apologetic. This is not a big deal in itself, but simply underlines the generally basic standards of the hotel and suggest that this is probably a frequent occurrence.

Liked: Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Great location with a tram stop right outside to get into strassbourg. Room good size and bed really comfy

Nice Stay , Good choice

Liked: The hotel had a lovely lobby area and a great location. Our room was spacious and generally comfortable and clean.
Disliked: However, the room was meant for four people, and one of the beds—a portable one—was not comfortable at all for the two guests who had to sleep on it.

Liked: Location was OK, communication via app was good.
Disliked: As we arrived on May 1st, national holiday, even hotel restaurant was closed. We had to use UberEats to have some meals. Lobby of the hotel stinked by artificial air freshener, appalling. Room smelled of sweated-thru pillows, otherwise it was clean. Typically, for these days and Europe, room had just bare amenities (toiletries, missing fridge, empty bottle to be refilled on other floor with a drinking water).But the cost of hotel was almost double what cost us another "fourstar" hotel in Germany we stayed a night before.Breakfast was "uneventful", so to speak.If you have a choice, pick other hotel...
