two nights for work in...

Liked: I stayed 2 nights for a work trip. The location is great, at walking distance from the train station, in the centre and very close to public transport to go to the council of Europe area where I needed to be. The room was beautifully decorated with a nice bed. Both room and bathroom were clean. The buffet breakfast had a fair choice of products.
Disliked: The only minor point is that the bathroom, although nice and clean, is quite small and with no place to put one's toiletries.

Disliked: It’s a bit tired but functional.

A basic hotel without parking...

Liked: The location is perfect. It is in the middle of the city center. Restaurants and shopping mall are nearby.
Disliked: The hotel has no parking facilities. The public parking nearby the hotel has an extremely narrow entrance and exit. The parking spaces are also extremely narrow. There is only one place to charge electric cars (the second charger didn't work).The breakfast was basic. The street noise was clearly audible in the rooms, despite the fact that all windows were closed.

Disappointing

Liked: Location excellent. Our room301 was clean and comfortable. But the position was horrendous..couldn't see out of the window as there was a huge ventilation machine which was so noisy it kept us awake all night. Never use room. 301!!!!
Disliked: Only the noise and view of the machine. Would have been nice to have more the one cup of coffee, only 2 sachets for a couple.

Fabulous location and amazing room!

Liked: Room was amazing and spacious for the 3 beds that we asked for. Great location!
Disliked: Everything was wonderful

I stayed in room 410,...

Liked: The location of the hotel
Disliked: I stayed in room 410, which is located near a common bathroom on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, the bathroom was accessible to everyone, and it was frequently noisy. This made the stay quite uncomfortable. While the staff did reserve the room for us, I would not recommend this particular room for accommodation due to the lack of privacy and constant noise.

Liked: Breakfast was really nice and a peaceful atmosphere. Room 101 was lovely and spacious - we'd request that next time if possible.The views over the plaza were great.
Disliked: The other rooms were more cramped, especially the WC/shower, so we'd opt for the bigger rooms for longer stays.

Pleasant

Liked: Comfortable beds. Modern design. Nicely updated.
Disliked: Square pillows. Loud area with screaming in middle of the night. Didn’t feel safe with vagrants sleeping or wandering around. Trash piled up outside.
