Disliked: The location was fine however for the price that you pay the rooms are very dated, the first room I was put in was dirty. customer service is non existent, staff chatting in the reception and breakfast areas, someone was sleeping there too at night. the whole experience was odd. no one helps with the bags either. some of the staff was friendly but past that there was barely any service, you just pay for an average looking room with minimal comfort and coffee stains on the walls.

Liked: Stayed here many times before, has kept really well since the refurbishment some years ago which is great to see. Would stay again as the 17th has grown into the perfect neighbourhood. :)

Disliked: The people at the reception are a bit weird. It took forever to do the check-in.
