Just Ok

Liked: Slept well, quiteness in the room. Everything is tidy.
Disliked: A nice setting, a place with potential... but the staff's rather businesslike and distant attitude makes the experience rather "cold." Breakfast is so-so; for 14 euros, it could be a bit better. I had the impression the bread was from yesterday. Another "cold" experience: no vibrant liveliness; I was literally alone in a large breakfast room at 8 a.m. Everything in the refrigerator was at room temperature, and when I pointed out to the manager that the fridge wasn't working, he simply denied it. So I didn't dare to use the same open milk tetra pack from yesterday. Small things that point to indifference in the organization: a few toilet paper shortages, empty soap bottles at the sinks, most cabins have a curtain, but mine and some others' have one gone...

Disliked: Staff was inpolite and not supportive. No bed sheets were provided until we requêtes them and the sets were incomplete. Then the staff made us pay more than planned with Booking until we figures it out and complained

Liked: Great location, really nice facilities (air-conditioning!! Gym with cardio equipment, super nice outdoor and indoor seating area) and spacious and comfy beds.
Disliked: Reception is really slow and the check-in takes quite long.

A hostel, bedding is not...

Liked: Tipical hostel, large room with lots of space. batjroom in room, one toilet one shower. Lockers in room. Free ok speed Wifi. Some plug sockets. Helpful staff, one of them print my bus ticket for me at no charge. Very good breakfast, small breakfast 7 Euros, big breakfast with sausage, scrambled eggs, bread, cheese, juice, sireals, tea/coffee etc. Lifte/elevators to all floors. Very secure, have to use key card to enter building, to access lift/elevator, to access doors o uper floors, to enter room. Good location close the main train station, bus stations and a tram stop. Not to far from eateries, although to search around the train station a bbit. good for 1-2 nights.
Disliked: building and hostel is too secure, need to use key card everywhere. Lift/elevator is a little complicated to use. Have to pay for bed sheets and/or a sleeping band and a towel. Too many email send to guests. No staff after 9 at night in the week 8 at night on weekends. very strict about check-in time. No atmosphere.
