Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, my room was quiet and peaceful The breakfast had plenty of choice I felt very comfortable as a solo female guestThis hotel is in an ideal location for onward and arrival

A great short stay

Liked: Thanks for the upgrade, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good.We only planned one day to see Strasbourg, the location was perfect for dropping off the bags after a train ride, and catching another train the next day. It’s not far to walk to the attractions as well.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Liked: Breakfast was great. Something for everyone. Location excellent as very near to station
Disliked: I would like some Decaf coffee to be available as I can’t drink ordinary coffee for medical reasons. We would prefer mugs in rooms to small cups and would like some milk pods to be provided- being English we have milk in our tea. I did go to reception who kindly gave me some milk.

Liked: The hotel is in a good location, close to major tourist attractions. The staff was nice and helpful.The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was decent (good fresh fruit and eggs, bad coffee and pastries).
Disliked: When we arrived, we were told that we had been upgraded to a better room. However the bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment. There was also an adjoining door between my room and the next, which affected the soundproofing — I could hear everything from the neighboring room. Maybe the new room was bigger, but it definitely felt older.
