Great stay, will likely book...

Liked: There was an issue with our first room, but it was remedied quickly. Everything was clean in our new room, and it was very nice and spacious. The restaurant was great and the food was amazing, staff in both the hotel and restaurant were friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: The beds weren't super comfy, but I think that's just preference. When we first arrived they gave us the wrong room and the room wasn't cleaned, but as mentioned it was remedied quickly, however, we didn't get the room we originally booked so I wasn't happy with that.

Good location, nice staff, stairs...

Liked: Really nice and friendly staff, great location
Disliked: There's some steps before entering the hotel, rooms are at the second floor with no elevator. With the two babies and no access for the stroller, it was kind of a hassle to bring in all of our stuff (unfortunately, traveling light isn't really an option with two babies).

Expensive not worth the money

Liked: It’s old property so in pictures it looks good and impressive
Disliked: This property has 4 floors but no escalator. As I was told at from desk that it is mentioned on their webpage, but while booking it’s normal to over look escalator. It should be in a hotel by default. Property has not sufficient parking space. On my special request no one took any notice and front desk person was not aware of it
