Lovely Hotel, perfectly situated within...

Liked: The hotel staff kindly managed to re-schedule our stay at short notice, due to an error we made. On arrival, the hotel securely stored our bags for six hours until our room was ready giving us extra time for sightseeing without carrying bags.Staff then stored our bags from our checking out time, through to our train departure in the evening. All without charge. This hotel was perfectly positioned for our trip, for both walking and via bus ensuring we got to see everything (and more) during our stay. The metro station is also situated a minute walk from outside the hotel. The room was very spacious for Paris, and had a lift to all floors.Finally, the staff couldn't have been any more helpful (or polite) both face to face and via text messages.
Disliked: The only thing, was the temperature of the mini fridge in our room wasn't cold enough for our drinks, but the hotel provided cold drinks downstairs and there was plenty of shops and food outlets nearby.

Liked: Location was perfect and rooms were clean,tidy and welcoming. Metro and train station across the road and easy walking distance to lots of attractions.
