This was a great place...

Liked: The staff was very helpful in answering our questions and giving us assistance with Uber pickup. Restaurant dinner recommendations were very good. A female staff member gave us a list of restaurants in the area and the walking distance - greatly appreciated!
Disliked: It would have been helpful to have assistance with luggage. I did not notice any security however there was usually a staff member in the hotel entryway.

Disappointing.

Liked: Room seemed much smaller than the 25 sq m requested. The bathroom was particularly small and had no storage space around the basin. The pillows were very hard. The shower was very good. The breakfast was very good.

Great location in comfy hotel...

Liked: It was the perfect location and had everything I needed.
Disliked: The “balcony” porch area smelled a little and could do with a bit of a refurb but did the job!

Liked: excellent location, comfy bed, wonderful staff and a very nice breakfast.
Disliked: the room needs maintenance. the carpets had stains. there was mold in the shower. the rain shower head didn't work and the fridge didn't work. overall the hotel is in need of some TLC for that price point.

I would not stay there...

Liked: The breakfasts were very good, as was the breakfast staff. The housekeeping staff did good job and were very accommodating. Soundproofing was good.
Disliked: The facilities are very outdated and a bit shabby, i.e. the carpet in my Superior Double room was stained, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, a hole in the sheer drapes. The mattress had a plastic cover that I asked to have removed as it caused much nighttime sweating. The comforter was too heavy. The pillows were not soft. There is a weird sink and mirror setup at seat level in the bedroom but no chair, making it unusable and a waste of space. There were no bedside tables. The location is central but very crowded and noisy with many young people on motorbikes. The amenities for a 4 star hotel were insufficient.… I was there for 6 nights and given one small bar of soap, one miniature container of body cream and had to ask for extra TP. I would give it 2 1/2 stars
