Should not be rated 4...

Liked: Carpets are dirty, staff makes so much noise and fills up the hallways with carts . Shower was leaking all aver the bathroom floor . Breakfast tables sticky

Would stay there again.

Liked: Very central, excellent breakfast and great staff.
Disliked: Inside room looking into a stairwell however the pluses were that you could open the window, the room was big and it was very quiet.
