OK but wouldn't stay again

Liked: Hotel was ok on the inside, with a decent sized room and comfy beds despite the scruffy outside appearance.
Disliked: The staff didn't seem very friendly when we arrived and asked where to park our motorcycles, although we were given a safe place to park in the courtyard. they were very keen for us to pay whilst still in our bike kit and before we checked in.

Superb

Liked: Great location very well placed for visiting the sights of Arras. Secure and easy to access private parking (additional cost), rooms large with good bathroom facilities.
Disliked: One of our rooms was a little tired. It could have done with a bit of TLC to bring it back to its best

Excellent modern hotel nr centre

Liked: Perfect position near centre. Bonus to have parking. Lady on reception very welcoming and could not do enough for us.Breakfast was perfect.Our 2nd stay here; we will get back.
Disliked: Bigger towels possibly
