Enjoyable stay, great location.

Liked: Location was great. Even though we drove in, being able to quickly Uber to places downtown and in old Montreal was helpful.Room was very clean and looked new. I have many allergies and none of the cleaning products set them off as often happens. No fragrances, just clean.
Disliked: Very minor, entrance from gated parking has a few steps. Bring in your roller bags from the covered doorway you reach first, then move car to the gated lot.

Great for budget.

Liked: Good value for what you get. Room was comfy, nice seating with great TV, plenty of space for 2. The lobby attendants were also very nice. Checking in and out was a very easy process. Would recommend for someone on a slight budget.
Disliked: Breakfast options were quite limited, view/location wasn't the best, gym was small. Bathroom didn't have a lock or fan. It actually seemed to have no ventilation, so shower fogged up the bathroom easily.

Great choice just outside of...

Liked: Huge room. Clean with excellent facilities: tv, nice bathroom, coffee machine, fridge and Apple computer. Lovely staff. Nice breakfast (all cold)
Disliked: Not on the island of Montreal, so you need to factor that in. Ubers were between 8 and 10 gbp per trip into the centre of the city. But if like us, you have a car and want somewhere to park for free, this is an excellent option.

Liked: Nice size, clean, comfortable room and bed. More than ample bathroom with good counter space. Nice modern shower.
Disliked: Closet rack was front to back rather than side to side.

Clean, comfortable, well situated, all...

Liked: Great hotel, near a metro station, cheaper than similar accomodations in Montréal.
Disliked: Only one elevator; you do not need to be in a hurry to go up to or down from your room.
