Great location, very classic style...

Liked: Great location, beautiful room
Disliked: I struggle with the fact that the site is unattended and everything is though text and calls. All was sorted, but things would have been smoother, should someone be there to help with enquiries.

Lovely stay in a historic...

Liked: The vintage furniture was beautiful and in good condition. The room had every amenity l could want... Nespresso for coffee and tea, comfy robe, nice shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. All linen was clean and crisp.Their contactless check in and out process worked well.The location is wonderful for exploring the old city.
Disliked: I have no complaints, but I do have some warnings. This is a historic building and I didn't see how anyone with limited mobility would be able to get through the main entry with its narrow and heavy double doors with two tight steps. If you have physical limitations, you definitely need to discuss them with the staff before you arrive since there isn't obvious onsite staff. We didn't need anything, so I don't know how hard it is to get assistance. They do not have an elevator, so I recommend packing light if you are on an upper floor. We loved our 4th floor room, but it was definitely a bit hard to schlep our luggage upstairs.

Liked: The hotel was really cute. The bed and pillows were super comfy, in a good area, and the decor was beautiful.
Disliked: There were supposed to be extra cups in kitchen area but there were none. Would have been good to have a mat for the boots to not spread salt around
