A must visit.

Liked: The location was perfect for us to explore the old part of the city. Everything one would want to see was all in walking distance. we loved the old charm of the hotel.

LESS than meets the eye

Liked: I was freezing all night. No extra blankets provided in the room. Hydromassage bath was broken... Stunning decor, darkening shades and curtains were a game changer! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Toilet paper is thinner than a silk sheet used for wrapping gifts. We had to go out to buy a bottle opener for our hydromel even though wine glasses are provided…There was a miscommunication and the staff wasn’t aware we were checking in early. Someone walked in on us in our underwear! And she just stayed there and kept justifying herself instead of leaving. I know my man’s hot but get the f out esti.

This place is not worth...

Disliked: I didn’t like anything about the property, it was virtual setting with no staff, no clean glasses in the room or kitchen, no hand towels, no parking as advertised through booking . Com. Very frustrating stay with key pads that were hard to read, and worked intermittently. Calls from the place about check out, which we followed there procedures.I would have never stayed there if I had known it was virtual setting.I am almost ready to dump booking . com for a more reliable booking source of hotels.
