Liked: Breakfast was so tasty! Home cooked to order and very good portions- just the right amount Stayed for evening dinner at the restaurant on site, the food was so lovelyThe room was lovely and the property is definitely under rated, in a very good location, staff are so lovely and will definitely be returning !
Disliked: Requested a twin, had a double but not the end of the world. Rooms could do with a lick of paint here and there but wouldn’t put me off returning again.

Liked: location - easy access from the strategic network. We had control of the temperature in the room and could open the windows for fresh air.

Paying up front! No staff...

Liked: I would advise anyone thinking of staying here to prepare yourself for a rocky start!!!!The post code given takes you to the other end of a road nowhere near the advertised building!!!I tried three times wasted petrol & energy walking around to find it!!!When you finally manage to find the property the code I was given to obtain the key was incorrect!! It took many phones calls to both Toni & Paul to rectify this before the key was finally released to me!!Then on opening the door at front of the building the key wouldn’t release from the lock!! So this b&b have lock problems!!!!I contacted them to get some help but was refused any form of help in the email received today by way of compensation for the stress I was put through! No acknowledgement at all!Just a reply that it works for them so that’s ok jack!Unbelievable unprofessionalism!These reviews are to make it easier for paying guests not to have to experience the stress I went through taking me an hour & 15 mins to finally get into the room!Awful start to a nights stay after a long days work & travelling!I would never recommend this experience to anyone and the email reply was unacceptable!
Disliked: They need a new lock on front door as key wouldn’t release & got stuck in lock!The security boxes where key was kept were in a difficult to get to place where you had to stoop down to get too over rubble!The key escort box WOULDNT open after at least ten attempts & the proprietor wasn’t answering the telephone to help sort this out! Eventually I called Paul who had me explain everything over & over again!!! Then finally Toni called me back laughing thinking it was funny I suppose to cause this stress giving me an incorrect code!The post code takes you to a totally different direction and I had to find it myself driving around the area three times!!!
