This hotel was perfectly located three blocks from the Via Rail train station and one and a half blocks from the Bell Center. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Liked: The location and cleanliness.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very good

Liked: Unlike the receptionists, The GENTLEMEN at the CONCIERGE were more than HELPFUL and KIND. They solved our problems as quickly as possible on two separate occasions and also they were very RESPECTFUL.
Disliked: The receptionists were rude during the check-in process. The Tv had no signal and the coffee maker was not working.

Very Nice Hotel

Liked: 4 star hotel in a great location. Safe, fridge, ,coffee,everything I need in a room. The microwave was a nice addition as well. Robes would have been nice. Nice staff. Close to everything. My go to hotel next time in Montréal!
