Liked: The place was very comfy and clean besides it was near downtown and really close to a metro station which made our time worth. Richard and Robert are very kind, friendly and helpful always providing us very useful and detailed information about the city.PS . They give such a good and diverse breakfast.We truly hope to be hosted again by them in the future

Liked: Really comfortable ground floor place to stay ,well furnished. Direct access to delightful designer garden.Fantastic good quality Yorkshire Gold blend tea hurrah!Super convenient for metro and shopping.
Disliked: Prolonged welcome and information session on arrival.Self service breakfast in a 'B&B' didnt work for us as we were on holiday but is stated as such in pre book details.As a guest and hospitality provider for 12 years ,I've never previously experienced owner prompting guests both verily and in writing to tip housekeeping staff . I suggest the suggested amount is covered in their daily pay rate.Local eateries closed Mondays or those listed as open close early.
