Superb
Liked: the view around the hotel was very nice and beautiful. The Mont royal was just one kilometre in front of us. I loved it.
Disliked: The elevators.

Liked: Excellent location, comfortable beds very clean
Disliked: The bathroom, shower and tub needed to be updated instead of just the hardware being replaced the bathtub wouldn’t drain while taking a shower

Liked: Room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The valet service for the car was good and the system they have worked great. The staff ( front desk, valet, housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful..
Disliked: The bathroom in the room was extremely small. No counter space to put your things. The elevators were terrible. Although there were 3 they were very small and slow for the amount of people staying at the hotel.

Liked: The hotel is well situated right near the center and only 15 minutes by foot to the base of Mont Royal. We were upgraded to one of the junior suites and it was a lovely room, containing a small kitchenette. The pool on the roof offered spectacular views, the staff were all very helpful, and we greatly enjoyed our time here.

Liked: Love love loved our little home away from home! Charming, cosy room, quiet with a European feel. Really classy presentation from shower to linens!
Disliked: The Greek restaurant next door is overpriced and under-delivered. It offers no frills with a meal (such as bread, water, rice or potatoes, etc). We had to keep asking to have our water glasses filled even while we ordered alcohol to our table. The servers were unconcerned when we finally had to ask for a pitcher of water be left at our table. We were told it wasn't allowed. It's this form of non-gratuity to a customer that made it appear empty most days and we would recommend that the hotel sends its guests elsewhere.
