Liked: Everything was amazing. The stuff was great. I came for my graduation with my mother and hotel stuff made sure that everything was perfect.

Liked: Fantastic location, super nice and helpful staff. Proper breakfast. Didn’t try the gym and the spa due to the short time we spent there, but those would be also nice if up to the standards of services in general.

Liked: There is no hotel lobby with reception desk which is on the first floor. I arrived at 11pm and nobody answered the phone or the doorbell and the door downstairs was locked. After many attempts I booked another hotel and was waiting for a taxi to leave when finally after 10 mins somebody buzzed the door open

Liked: Staff was very friendly, the location perfect for both being central as well as next to tram and busses.
Disliked: the room was small and noisy. you could slightly hear the other rooms but mostly the street. trams, buses, people.
