Solid 4 Star Hotel in...

Liked: Suite was beautiful. It’s a solid 4 star hotel, not 5.
Disliked: The apartment had a horrible smell and the staff didn’t care when we informed them about it.

Comfort class & staff that...

Liked: Such wonderful staff with great knowledge of the area - particularly restaurants & activities. Very comfortable & in a great position for exploring the centre of Bordeaux. Shops are very close.
Disliked: Nothing

Absolutely wonderful little boutique hotel...

Liked: The staff was wonderful! Front office, breakfast, housekeeping. Everybody went out of their way to make sure we were happy, comfortable, and we knew they cared. They obviously love their jobs and love working there. This was our second visit and we couldn't wait to go back! Five stars!

Super location, could do more...

Liked: Great location We had a lovely roomThe lady at reception who checked us in was very kind and helpful.
Disliked: Bar closing at 10pm in a 5 star hotel is fairly poor, returning to the hotel at 1015, hoping to get a drink to enjoy on the terrace and being told there’s nothing can be done is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel charging the prices they do€10 for a 75cl bottle of “filtered” water also very poor

Lovely hotel

Liked: It was nicely located and the staff was helpful.
Disliked: The spa was a bit of a token gesture - and you had to walk through the dining room. All we wanted was a coffee on the final day and got charged for an express breakfast with no explanation.
