Classy, lovely boutique hotel.

Liked: Loved everything about this boutique hotel from the moment we arrived! The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful and the hotel is in a fabulous location, very easy walk to pretty much everywhere except Bassins Lumierre which is nowhere near anything! Lovely big room with a very nice bathroom and huge bed! Loved the little touches like the caneles and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Liked: The room was amazing with a private jacuzzi
Disliked: There weren’t enough towels and the TV was very dated

Wonderful Hotel in Gorgeous City...

Liked: Great room, with sunlight and space. excellent breakfast and we enjoyed a quick trip to the small spa. Very friendly and helpful staff helped us with planning our walking visit around Bordeaux

Liked: It felt very French , the location was excellent.The staff were very attentive, the attention to detail was excellent they couldn’t do enough for you .

Liked: Nice rooms in an ancient building near the city center. The spa is nice as well and the staff absolutely lovely.
Disliked: The Breakfast was good but under our expectations for a 5* venue.
