Comfortable and classy

Liked: The room was very spacious even though it was in the attic. Lots of power points and tea/coffee making facilities. Bed very comfortable. Staff were very welcoming.
Disliked: The stairs! Very steep. And the heat but it was the hottest day of the year and we did have a very good fan in the room.

A perfect weekend away!

Liked: Literally everything… staff, food, location… probably the best uk hotel I’ve been in.
Disliked: Only one issue… lack of air con. But honestly they can’t be blamed for the crazy heat. Perhaps a better fan in the room would be an idea, but other than this everything was spectacular.

Relaxed break

Liked: the hotel had such a lovely feel about it - nothing was too much trouble for the staff
Disliked: i think it was just an unlucky night to eat at the restaurant - it seem overly busy which caused a big delay in us recieving our food - we waited nearly 50 minutes for starters, an hour for mains - my lobster was overcooked (with parpadelle) and was very chewy. we ordered drinks and then had to chase the barman

Liked: We stayed here about a month ago and I had to come back to it to leave a review!!! The staff were absolutely amazing!! The room was absolutely beautiful and such good value for money.In a really good location and staff will book taxis for you. The breakfast was to die for, absolutely stunning. Will definitely be back.
