Liked: The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hot tub outside was perfect and so relaxing!

I would come back, again...

Liked: The staff at the hotel is very attentive and they are engaged in all the interactions I had and you feel that they are there to please. Bravo well done that's hard to do these days especially when it's consistent from one person to another or from one department to another. Location of the hotel is ideal to travel around Qc city. All public areas are very comfortable. Very nice to have the option of wines by the glass self service but it was the same wine on all 3 whites and same for red....the idea behind doing this is for the guest to try different wines not to go back for the same that took my wow away.
Disliked: Room 248 was once a nice room! it is very tired and the beds are quite uncomfortable. I got a suite to treat my self and my daughter, that was disappointing. That room is not up to par with the rest of the hotel experience.
