Very pleasant stay

Liked: The grounds are very well maintained. Lots of lounging areas outside. The pool and hot tub was great. Lots of recliners around the pool. Our room was large and comfortable.
Disliked: The room would be cleaner without carpet. Parking should be included with the room cost as it was $20 plus tax per day.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the restaurant was nice.
Disliked: There was soap scum on the sink. The shower head was too low. The bed cover wasn't on properly. Staff said I could pay American money at the bar. I never received my cash back of $10. Thats with the conversation rate. About $5 without the rate. Never saw a penny back. The pool and hot tub looked bigger in the photos.

Good management but cleaning staff...

Liked: The whole property is located in a nice quiet area. Near Ste Foy station. The managers holding the desks are amazing
Disliked: Our first room originally allotted had lengthy spider webs falling from the ceiling. The whole room had musty smell and quite dusty
