Clean and convenient in excellent...

Liked: The hotel is in a fantastic location, round the corner from the cathedral, and right in the middle of the main shopping and entertainment area. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants just round the corner. Rooms were tight, but clean and toilets and bathrooms new. The shower pressure was excellent - a special pleasure on a hot day.
Disliked: Didn't specify I needed to order meals, including breakfast, in advance, it should be made more clear when booking. For the light sleepers it could have been a problem, but for us it was a pleasure: as the weather was hot, we kept the windows open, so had a share in the party outside all through Saturday night.

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent. It is so near all the amenities. There is a car park opposite which is very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was superb. The cous cous had previously been mentioned as excellent and I can confirm this. The food was sublime.The room had toiletries in them, which smelt lovely and was unexpected.
Disliked: It was an extremely hot day and night. The room was very hot. We had the window open for ventilation, which then means you have to deal with street noise. The noise is not the hotel fault, it is a very central location, which is why we stayed there. Maybe if fans could be in the room it might be more comfortable. Other than the heat, I can't complain.

Liked: Location just off the main pedestrian mall. Onsite restaurant and able to store luggage.
Disliked: A lot of noise from nearby bar & my room was on top floor 2 nd storey) no lift, very narrow winding stairs- no offer from staff to assist me
