Liked: I liked that it was closed to the freeway and also the wake up call.Clean and everything I needed in the shower
Disliked: I dint like that we couldn't sleep due to the people next to us had a child and the would put up the TV on high.We had a company dinner that night and we wanted to rest the next day but it was impossible.

Deposit was too much

Liked: the bed are comfortable and it was clean
Disliked: they charge $150 deposit… and they don’t even have phone in the room to contact reception.

Liked: Great location and the employees are great! It's too bad they work with owners who show no pride in their business, leaving them to deal with uncomfortable situations. Shame on you OWNERS!
Disliked: It was a small room; the internet did not work; the bed took up most of the room, blocking the passageway(hazard); there were roaches underneath the refrigerator, the bed cushion was sunk in, a desk but no chair, and the TV was obstructing the passageway (almost hit my head), another HAZARD! I asked for a full refund the following day and left!!!

Unsafe for families, dangerous, drug...

Liked: Nothing, it was terrible. Unsafe, smelled of drugs and smoke in the room which set off my wife's asthma so we could not stay. Staff were extremely unhelpful and we are £1200 out of pocket . We moved to the Extended stay for a few hundred dollars more where we knew it was safe for families
Disliked: Unsafe, not suitable for families, not as listed, smoking in rooms when it's illegal. Smell of drugs.

Bad
