Lovely area with some nice...

Liked: Very comfortable room on the ground floor. Near the lake and pleasant walks and beach areas with nice views of the mountains.
Disliked: Fair walk to centre of town (25 mins) but a pleasant walk.

Wonderful hotel with immaculate rooms...

Liked: Lovely staff, beautiful room and bathroom, lovely designs, lovely toiletries, safe free parking, stunning location.
Disliked: Water or tea / coffee in room would be a nice touch

Superb

Liked: Gorgeous balcony with wisteria popping through, overlooking the lake. The room decor and bathroom were very stylish and the sofa bed effective for the kids (though they would have preferred twin beds). The restaurant and bar on site have a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and the dining room delightful. The location is fantastic, being a few steps from the lake with the lovely boardwalk all around was perfect.
Disliked: There's no lift, so need to carry suitcases up the stairs. It can't be helped in the building, so not a complaint, but just something to be aware of.
