Disliked: check in not on time eventhough they saw me arriving early in the morning but did not take this in consideration. i had to wait 1 hour extra to get the room. Cleanliness could be better

Liked: The staff was wonderful. We asked if we could have a street view room, they checked and gave us a room with a balcony.Always there to answer any questions. They never acted rudely. Always with a smile. The rooms are with air conditioning and working. The location was great. Nice places to eat and drink around.
Disliked: 1. The room was a little smelly.2. When we arrived, the carpets were wet. Someone must have left the balcony windows open on the thunderstorm we had on our arrival day.3. We had a little drop coming from celling light body because of the heavy rain. But it was for a couple of hours4. The shampoo in the rooms is not the best if you can bring your own..
