Facilities not as advertised; uncomfortable,...

Disliked: Firstly, the facilities were not as advertised. The air conditioning in my room was not functioning. The resulting discomfort due to the high temperatures made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I promptly reported this issue to your staff, but unfortunately, no action was taken to rectify the situation. Of course, one would expect a hotel to maintain rooms at a comfortable temperature, and the failure to do so severely impacted the quality of my stay. This was not working for all nights during the stay even though I promptly let your staff know.

Furthermore, it was only on my last day of the stay, that I was provided with a remote control, and was therefore not prior to that able to use the satellite TV. Additionally, the room in itself was not properly clean upon arrival.

For the budget traveler who...

Liked: The price was right. The staff was cordial and welcoming. It was clean and safe. On the top floor, under the eaves, the window faced south and had a slight vie2 of Sacre Coeur. Sufficient breakfast in the French fashion.
Disliked: Very, very small room, and especially the bath. The shower was hard to use because it was so small and the curtain was not adequate for keeping the floor dry. The elevator holds one person with one bag.

Exceptional

Liked: Awesome hotel and easy access to restauara ts and everywhere else. I'd glady stay again anytime I visit Paris

We enjoyed our stay, but with the terrible shower and no tea or coffee in the room we were a bit disappointed

Liked: Location great, rooms clean and quality bedding and towels, quiet at night
Disliked: It shouldve said there was major refurbishment going in the hotel, the smell of paint and chemicals was really bad, even in the rooms at night. Our shower was so small it was almost impossible to use, as you bathroom flooded because the shower curtain was useless and no fridge, kettle or coffee and tea making facilities in the room
