Disliked: Given the fact that this is a 3 star hotel with a medium price range we were very dissapointed to find out that there is no minifridge in the room, no hairdryer and the only heating source was an air conditioner barley working. Although the location has very close acces to the subway, the area is very unsettling. Also, 30 minutes after we did the check in we were in the room trying to sleep when the fire alarm started very loudly. We waited for 3 minutes, the alarm was still on. My boyfriend went in the reception and there he was told that they are making some tests. They could have given us a heads up about this. When he gets back into the room the alarm starts again and he has to go to the reception the second time because they didn t tell him the fire alarm will go another round.

Liked: Hotel was clean, comfortable & nicely located for our weekend in Paris.
Disliked: 1.My booking for 2 rooms was not on the system when we arrived. The hotel found a solution but let us stress by telling us they did not have our booking.2. Small thing, but I needed to use a toaster . There was one in the kitchen area in the morning but the night staff would not let me use it. Found this very strange that as a guest I couldn’t use a toaster for 2 mins.
