Very good

Liked: Room 15, ground floor in the Annex. Very clean large comfortable room and ensuite. However, Wi-Fi was barely one bar and the TV could not connect so could not watch main TV channels, which I was looking forward to UK tv having flown in from the Middle East. When I checked out next morning the receptionist said guests had shared same concerns!!! Typical if I was told that when I checked in I would of asked for a room change.

Liked: The room was clean and had plenty of room. Comfortable bed and large bathroom
Disliked: There was no mirror provided for use with the hairdryer. The only mirror was in the bathroom but of course you couldn’t use the hairdryer in there. The reception on the television was very poor with the picture breaking up all the time so unable to watch it most of the time

Liked: Had a fab stay, room was huge and very good value for money, bed was soooo comfy too. Definitely will be back.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was very friendly
Disliked: We paid extra for early check in, but our room was facing onto all the shipping containers and skips and the noise all night and early morning with emptying bottle bins and people shouting was very disturbing for us. The bed felt like it had broken springs and would slope into the middle.
