breakfast bad, unfriendly reception

Disliked: - the shower water drainage was not working and it took 2 hours to get another room, the staff was not friendly - the breakfast was really bad, the croissants was Raw and the staff didn’t change it while they saw it, they wanted us to finish it first before nee croissants was served.- the staff of the reception was not polite this is not the service i expect from 4 star hotel. We got a new room middle in the night to take a shower and the staff told us to take a shower in the night without apologising for the inconvenience we had with the water drainage in the bathroom.

A stylish, calm stay in...

Liked: It was so relaxed and welcoming - not a normal place to stay with children but it was perfect for a grown-up break with our two children.
Disliked: Nothing

Excellent and very accommodating

Liked: Very accommodating hotel with lovely employees. We arrived early and the hotel was kind enough to hold our bags when we did some sightseeing. There was only one twin room potentially available so as friends we thought we would have to share a double but the hotel said they would try their best for us. When we got back our cases were in our room and we had the twin one. From beginning to end we had a lovely experience with people going out of their way for us. Special shout outs to Shehjad, Ahmed and Julien who were absolutely lovely to us.
Disliked: Because we were on the ground floor we could only open the door for air on a couple of occasions as it backed out onto the smoking area. Not ideal but we will just book another room next time!

Bad

Lovely hotel near Montmartre

Liked: The Laz' Hotel is an environmentally conscious hotel on a quiet street close to Montmartre and several metro stations, and still walkable to most of the city's sights. The room was comfortable. We stayed during a heat wave and when we asked about concerns that it might get too warm, despite the facility-wide AC, they provided us with a Dysan air purifier and fan. It was perfect! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Finally, the heated pool on the lower level was heaven at the end of a long hot day exploring Paris.
Disliked: The only criticism that I have is that the room was small, and lacked sufficient storage space to unpack for a longer stay.

Luxurious LAZ'

Liked: Tucked away amidst the vibrant city of Paris-a true gem with outstanding staff. LAZ' isan understatedly luxurious, quietly opulent,tylistically sophisticated & welcoming hotel.The breakfast was just enough; not likenedto certain hotels that display so much foodit causes you to lose your appetite. Staff areattentive, witty, and personable. Thank you allfor a short & sweet experience. Would highlyrecommend!
