Liked: I booked a reservation on book.com. When I arrived at the facility, the manager said that there was no room. I told the gentlemen that maybe they need to come up with a resolution for overbooking It is very frustrating for the patron. He told me that he was not going to suggest anything to the owner because the owner is a billionaire. How stupid is that? People do not care about the financial status of the owner. Travelers are booking online for a place to stay. It is very frustrating to book a reservation, reach your destination and the manager tells you that "there is no room". Overbooking needs resolution--immediately.

I had a bad experience...

Liked: I supposed to check in on March 9 and check out on 16 , but my flight was cancelled. So, I arrived on Monday 11.I didn't get a refund for 2 nights.
Disliked: The behaviour of the Manager. She was shouting at everybody.
