Liked: Close to LAX
Disliked: I asked before I made the booking if they had a washer and dryer that I was able to use cause I had to have stuff washed before I flew back home and I was told that I would be able to use the washer and dryer! I went to go use the washer and was told that it's only for house use. So I'm having to take was cloths to the laundrymat at11pm and I have A flight tomorrow at 11am! Not only was I told their was a washer n dryer for use it's also advertised on the site!!

Never again

Liked: Just localization, but buses were not on time - came way early, so I had to get an Uber
Disliked: I mean this place should be checked by police. There was a woman on wheelchair when I arrived that didn't get her reservation as it was overbooked. They said that this happend once a week and it is booking problem, but somehow they confirm reservations. When I was back in the evening the lady was gone, but actually there was more people strugguling with overbooking the same day! My heart was kind of broken looking at those old ladies having no place to stay. What's more I wasn't in a room with other tourists - in my room stayed people that worked there that was kind of creepy. No lockers for lagguage or personal belongings. I left as soon as possible.
