Disliked: 1. Room (214) was v old and it was in need of significant refurbishment. Curtains were torn & carpet was stained.2. Car parking facility was very poorly managed. The “Full Sign” was showing when the car park had spaces and vice versa. Also, there are insufficient spaces for all the guest cars and I had to park my car outside the front of the hotel which was not a secure location.3. My room was not made up once during my stay and I was there for 2 nights. This despite advising the situation to reception staff on two occasions during the same day. This was very disappointing. 4. No room service after 9pm is both surprising and out of step with other quality hotels.
