Mould on the windows bedding...

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Mould on the windows bedding was dirty staff looked miserable and the food was terrible, regret not reading reviews prior

Comfortable enough and enjoyable

Liked: Situated in the middle of Dunedin was ideal for me as a rugby supporter. Room was big enough so as not to trip over each other. Queen bed was very comfortable, single bed was a bit lumpy. Overall enjoyable stay.
Disliked: Dinning room was a bit dated
