Liked: Location to the hot springs, food and shopping
Disliked: Room was small we than I expected, but manageable, clean enough but the facility is older, still nice enough and very comfortable

Disliked: Arrived at 2:45pm and was told we had to wait 15min to check in. How petty!!. Shower leaked.

Liked: Hot water was out so after the hot springs had to take a very fast cold shower but we stay here a couple times a year and this was our first ever issue

Liked: For the price of the room, was no coffer pot in the room. The room was run down . It was a dive.

Excellent place if you have...
Liked: It's literally across the street to hot pools entrance, on the main road through town so just a short walk to food and entertainment. No fuss, good parking, convenient room layout.friendly staff.
