Liked: Everything..once again a perfect stay,leo,justin and staff could not help us enough..breakfast 10/10,and the biggest strawberries we have ever seen..ty

Disliked: No way is the hotel a four star they sold cans behind the bar at £3.50 each for calling there were stains on window sill bed small bathroom un finished on arrival my other half wanted to go to room with bags whilst I parked the car to be told not until I’d paid for room drinks over priced breakfast was ok , this hotel used to have a fantastic reputation it’s obviously changed hands and new owners are trying to live off old scoring for quality

Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean. Excellent Welsh breakfast
Disliked: Due to us booking on the day we had a room higher up than we would have liked. No lift so many stairs to climb. Did not deter from our lovely two night stay though.

Liked: Fabulous location, yet still quite quiet
Disliked: Bathroom was very small indeed it was very much like being in a cupboard,claustrophobic and black.However it was clean

Disliked: All the stairs to our room at the top, very small bathroom and the room was smaller than on the website photos. Water left in kettle and coffee machine, also old pod in coffee machine.

Liked: Great location to the pier and beach, 2 min walk round the corner to the high street.Staff were great really accommodating they help onto our bags as we arrived early and our room wasnt ready yet.the room was lovely and clean and spacious + shower was easy to use.
Disliked: We had a top floor room with a toddler(3 year old) and a new born with no lift so had to take multiple trips up four flights of stairs, although it looked busy so we may have been given that room because other rooms on lower floors may of already been taken only thing that let it down for me.
