A comfortable bed and breakfast...

Liked: Excellent seafront location within easy walking access of seafront, shops and restaurants. It was good to have our own parking space.The staff were all friendly and helpful.The breakfasts were very substantial and of a good quality with the cooked breakfast being nicely presented. A good choice of teas and coffees. Lovely white bed linen and towels and our room was serviced daily. We had a super king sized bed.The shower was good with plenty of hot water..
Disliked: Our room was a little “tired” and some of the furniture in need of repair (dressing table and vanity cupboard in bathroom). Steep stairs to room although our cases were carried to our rooms and we could have had help with carrying them down when we left.

Liked: location was good, a gentleman at the reception was extremely polite and cheerful, despite the fact that we had late check in
Disliked: There is NO correspondence between hotel reviews and reality. The hotel is in terrible condition and I would never stay there again nor recommend to anyone. For the price of ~£125 per (we have stayed for 4 nights) night we've got old and dusty room, dirty and quite unstable shower cabin, worn furniture and wall coverings. Window was a joke, honestly... On one of the days someone was smoking weed in neighbouring room, but staff member tried to deal with that after I interupted their billiards and by the next day the smell faded away, because apparently snoop dogs checked out in the morning. Although breakfast was included in the price, we didn't want to have it even once, because of the overall untidiness of the hotel. In morning the smell from the kitchen and toaster flowed into the room and it was absolutely not pleasant at all... It is obvious that the owner or management are not interested it investing money back into the place, everything looks very old. This hotel was the worst part of the time spent in beautiful Llandudno. For this amount of money I should have got a suit in premier inn or else where for sure - lesson learned
