A lovely two night stay...

Liked: The breakfast's and evening meal were superb. I would rate the entire staff as excellent nothing was to much trouble for them so friendly, helpfull and thoroughly professional. The hotel is well situated on the sea front and has all the amenities required for your stay thoroughly clean throughout.
Disliked: My wife and I had no complaints what so ever.

Liked: What was lovely about the property everything The character of the hotel as soon as you enter you felt very welcoming we have the pleasure to meet the owners son he told us the history of the hotel such a wonderful experience. Such friendly staff I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and my friends we hope to visit again very soon.

Lovely hotel in Llandudno

Liked: Great location with parking; family room was the perfect size for us and it was great to be able to put our toddler to sleep in a separate area.
Disliked: It was great to have a fridge in the room but it was very noisy.

Lovely location, lovely hotel, but...

Liked: Lovely suite, fantastic location and great food. Welcoming staff and nicely laid out downstairs.
Disliked: Not well suited to young families due to the crazy parking situation and the fact there are no elevators, and we were situated on the top floor due to having a suite.

Liked: it was in an excellent location, the staff were fantastic and couldn?t do enough for you. The food is gorgeous.
